The Winona Short Sleeve Maxi Dress is a cotton maxi style with a split V-neckline, short sleeves with frill details, shirring at the hips and waist and a button-front closure.
FIT: designed with shirring at the hips and waist and a more relaxed fit through the rest of the dress. Dress can be accessed by a button-front closure. Poplin fabric offers no stretch.
