Welcome to Wilson & Hunter Online. We are an online store based in the Hunter Valley, Australia. Our online store  provides information, products and services subject to the following terms and conditions. By accessing Wilson & Hunter online you are acknowledging that you have read, understood and accepted, without limitation or qualification, and are bound to our Terms and Conditions. 

All of our products are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that an item is not available we will contact you immediately and give you the option of selecting an alternate size, item or a refund.

Payments

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Afterpay, Zip Pay & PayPal.

Pre Orders

At the time you place your pre order, you will be required to pay the total amount due, including shipping fees. Please be aware that because of the 'PRE-ORDER' nature of such transactions, you should expect a delay, (up to one month) between the date you place your order and the date the product is ready for shipment. Wilson & Hunter can only estimate the date of shipment; we will send you a notification once the item arrives and is shipped to you.  If you have pre ordered an item and wish to cancel your pre order before the item arrives or you have received your pre order and would like to return it, we will issue you with a refund.

What are the international shipping fees?

New Zealand $25  

USA / Canada / Middle East / Asia Pacific $30

Canada, China, Fiji, Hong Kong China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea South, Malaysia, New Caledonia, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Singapore, Solomon Islands, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, USA, & Vietnam.

Rest of the World $42 Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, & United Kingdom.

We unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is placed. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be, imposed rest with the customer.

Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region.

How long will delivery be?

We use Australia Post Satchels or Fastway Couriers for deliveries within Australia, and Australia Post for international orders.  Most orders are delivered within 2-3 business days. Please allow 3-14 business days for international orders. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate.

Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and Wilson & Hunter will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Orders are subject to availability.

When will my order be sent?

Orders received before 2pm Mon-Thurs will be shipped within 24hrs). Orders placed on Fri, Sat, Sun and public holidays will be shipped the next business day  

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive an email from us with the tracking number and a link to track your order. If you have any problems tracking your order please Contact Us .What is your purchase guarantee?All purchases are subject to availability. Occasionally, your item may be sold before you submit your order and we may need to re-order your item from our suppliers. If your order will be delayed for any reason we will contact by phone and/or email to advise you of the delay.

Return of Faulty Items 
First of all, we apologise if you have received the wrong item or a faulty item. Please Contact Us and we will do our best to rectify the error. If possible we will offer you a replacement item at no further cost to you or provide a full refund including return postage costs.

Change of Mind

If you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong size then please notify of us of your intent to return the item within 7 days of delivery and the item must be returned to us within 14 days. The buyer is responsible for the return cost and the safe delivery to us. Please be aware the sale of discounted items is final. Refunds will not be provided however we are happy to provide an exchange or credit.

Please note that final Sale items that have been discounted at 60% off or more on the original RRP are not eligible for a return or exchange. If you send a Final Sale item back to us we unfortunately will not be able to process your request and these will be automatically shipped back to you. Swimmers must be received with hygiene stickers intact and no visible signs of wear. 

Please note; in the case of returns good must received by us in saleable condition unless already deemed faulty.
