Welcome to Wilson & Hunter Online. We are based in the Hunter Valley, Australia. Our online store  provides information, products and services subject to the following terms and conditions. By accessing Wilson & Hunter online you are acknowledging that you have read, understood and accepted, without limitation or qualification, and are bound to our Terms and Conditions. 

All of our products are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that an item is not available we will contact you immediately and give you the option of selecting an alternate size, item or a refund.

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

We want our customers to feel confident in ordering with us online. Should you feel the item ordered is not right for you, we are happy to exchange, provide a credit note, or a full refund, depending on the below conditions.

Please contact us BEFORE you return your item.

FULL PRICE ITEMS
Items that have been purchased at full price or by pre-order are eligible for a refund to the original payment method or store credit.  If the original payment method was a gift voucher or store credit, a new voucher will be issued.

If you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong size then please notify of us of your intent to return the item within 7 days of delivery and return the item to us within 14 days. The buyer is responsible for the return cost and the safe delivery to us. 

Please ensure the below conditions are met, before submitting your return request:

The item/s were purchased from Wilson & Hunter

  • The item/s were purchased from Wilson & Hunter online
  • The item was not discounted
  • The item/s are in their original conditions: Unworn, not altered and/or washed.
  • All tags are still attached.
  • Your order will be returned to us within fourteen (14) days from your delivery date.

Any items that do not meet the above criteria will not be valid for any return. 

Please try on shoes on soft surfaces before wearing them. We will not accept shoes with sole markings or scratches. Ensure shoes are returned with their original packaging.

Swimmers must be received with hygiene stickers intact and no visible signs of wear. 

Jewellery cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns

Cancellation of Pre-order

If you change your mind about a pre-order item you may cancel the order for a full refund, at any point prior to the order being dispatched.

TEMPORARY PROMOTION AND SALE ITEMS

Please be aware that refunds will not be provided on discounted items, however we are happy to provide an exchange or credit, provided that items are returned within the time parameters outlined above.

Full price items included in a temporary promotion are eligible to be returned for a store credit. Discounts received at the time of purchase will be carried over to the refund.

FINAL SALE
Items marked as FINAL SALE are priced to clear, and are not eligible to be returned unless the product is not of acceptable quality, is not fit for purpose or is different from its description as required by Australian Consumer Law. We kindly ask you to consider this before committing to a purchase.

Please note, sale markdowns cannot be retrospectively applied to previous orders.

RETURN OF FAULTY ITEMS

First of all, we apologise if you have received the wrong item or a faulty item. Please Contact Us and we will do our best to rectify the error. If possible we will offer you a replacement item at no further cost to you, an opportunity to repair (at our cost) or provide a full refund including return postage costs.

In the unfortunate event of a fault or defect, please contact us using the above link or email us at wilsonandhunter@hotmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your purchase, with images and a description of the fault.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift Vouchers may not be returned and are not redeemable for cash.
