Ordering

The easiest way to order from us is to purchase via our online store. Once you have processed your order online, you will receive an email confirming that the order and payment have been received.

We are also happy to take orders over the phone if preferred. Payment for manual orders can be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard).

To process an order manually, please contact Caitlin directly with details of your order, preferred payment method, your shipping address, email address, and phone number.

Click and Collect

You can opt to collect you order at one of our store locations - simpy choose pick up at the checkout. You will be shown the Hunter Valley Gardens location. If you wish to collect your order from Hunter St, Newcastle, simply us the contact us tab at the bottom of your completed order page to let us us know. 

Delivery

Our small team works hard to pack your order as quickly as possible, however please be aware that we are located in regional NSW and that freight times can vary. 

We endeavour to ship orders received Mon-Thurs within 24 hrs, and to ship orders placed on Fri, Sat, Sun, and public holidays, by the next business day. 

During peak times such as sale promotions or arrival of large shipments of pre-ordered stock, it may take us an extra day or two to complete the dispatch of orders.

Be assured that we are working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible and to ensure that you have the best possible customer experience when shopping with us.  

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive an email from us with the tracking number and a link to track your order. If you have any problems tracking your order please Contact Us .

Once your parcel leaves our hands we have no control over the time taken for Australia Post to get it to you, however we will always work with you to resolve any issues you may have.

What are the postage fees?

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10 on orders below $200.

For orders over $200, the shipping is on us.

What are the international shipping fees?

The below rates apply to orders under $500, for orders over $500, we will pay for the shipping.

New Zealand $25  

USA / Canada / Middle East / Asia Pacific $30

Canada, China, Fiji, Hong Kong China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea South, Malaysia, New Caledonia, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Singapore, Solomon Islands, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, USA, & Vietnam.

Rest of the World $42 Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, & United Kingdom.

We unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is placed. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be, imposed rest with the customer.
