Cut from a sheer crystal pleated fabric, the Liberty Dress is an off the shoulder full length column dress with a beautiful tiered silhouette. The dress was designed with a cross over strap feature on the neck and flared sleeves with soft feminine pleats. Finished with a button on the back, the dress has adjustable straps for the perfect fit.
