Offering a high rise fit, this ankle length black skirt uses frill shaping to create a hi-lo effect that can be worn in any of four ways; with the frill towards the front, back or either side. Fastening with an exposed metal zip closure, the skirt flaunts a custom gold sequin stripe embellishment, playing off metallic tones against deep black.
