How Do Pre-orders work?

Pre Orders

In order to ensure that our customers don't miss out on high demand items, we offer a pre-order option on some collections. Pre-order items are clearly marked. We cannot gaurantee the timing of delivery, as this is in the hands of the designer.

At the time you place your pre order, you will be required to pay the total amount due, including shipping fees. Please be aware that because of the 'PRE-ORDER' nature of such transactions, you should expect a delay, between the date you place your order and the date the product is ready for shipment. Wilson & Hunter can only estimate the date of shipment; we will send you a notification when we hear from the designer that the item is on its way to us, and again once the item is shipped to you. 

If you have pre ordered an item and wish to cancel your pre order before the item arrives or you have received your pre order and would like to return it, we will issue you with a full refund.
